THE STORY

The pilgrim travels through motorway rain, cold coffee and cities beginning to look the same. There is no grand arrival in sight, only the small fire he keeps carrying. Around him, billboards manufacture wants and screens turn affection into performance. Walking more slowly becomes a way to hear what that noise covers up. He still has scars, wrong turns and uncertainty, but none of them has silenced the signal inside him. The repeated promise is modest and stubborn: still breathing, still holding on. Sometimes continuing with your attention and humanity intact is the journey itself.

Lyrics Read the full words
Concrete pilgrim moving slow
Still got fire inna soul
Long road under heavy sun
Still breathing, still holding on

Grey skies hanging over motorway lanes
Truck stop coffee cold against the rain
Every city looking halfway identical
Same tired faces under artificial glow

Billboards screaming manufactured desires
Young hearts burning through invisible wires
Still me carry small light through the static
Still find peace where the system can't map it
Dust pon boots and the mind stay traveling
Old scars fade but the memory lingering
Whole life feel like late night station drifting

Signals weak but the soul still transmitting

Concrete pilgrim moving slow
Still got fire inna soul
Long road under heavy sun
Still breathing, still holding on

Some man chase every spotlight reflection
Some lose self through digital obsession
Miss the people disappear inside distraction
Trade real love for performance and reaction
Still hear thunder deep beyond the skyline
Still trust instinct over manufactured headlines
Too much noise so me walk little slower

Watch dawn break over rusted Range Rover
Life move fast but the spirit need patience
Every wrong turn still teach revelation
If tomorrow come, me still deh pon journey
Heavy world but the inner fire burning

Concrete pilgrim moving slow
Still got fire inna soul
Long road under heavy sun
Still breathing, still holding on

Still breathing
Still holding on
Still breathing
Still holding on
