Judgement Fi Dem
THE STORY
A signature can hide a theft as effectively as a weapon can carry one out. That is the anger driving this courtroom story. The narrator follows clauses, titles, companies and repeated names until respectable paperwork begins to reveal the power concealed inside it. The legal vocabulary makes resistance painstaking as well as fiery: someone has to read, connect and bring the evidence into view. Refusing a silence clause becomes a declaration of whom the voice serves. This is a dramatic portrait of an advocate confronting corruption, with truth imagined as something no locked boardroom can keep contained forever.
